The patented 1/8” perimeter flange facilitates water taking the path of least resistance directly into the drain. The protective barrier flange is guaranteed to prevent moisture from escaping the system from behind the wall, substrate or sub-floor.

The Synthesis Installation Kit includes essential tools for installing any Synthesis shower or tub surround.
- Aluminum jigs make it simple and easy to correctly place the receivers at the correct heights in the stud cavities to align with the panel tracks and clips
- Adjustable from 34”W to 60”W, accommodating most standard shower and tub dimensions
- Adjustable for height of tub or shower using joining bracket(s) after field modification
- Smaller shower sizes may be accommodated via field modification and purchase of additional joining brackets
- Contents include the following:
- one vertical aluminum jig with eight fixed clips and one joining bracket
- one long horizontal aluminum jig (supplied in two pieces) with four fixed clips and one joining bracket
- one short horizontal aluminum jig with four fixed clips
- one epoxy applicator gun for use with a 250ml 10:1 cartridge
- One-time tool purchase can be used for multiple Synthesis installations

The Synthesis Cutting Kit includes an assortment of recommended blades, bits, and tooling for use in trimming, scribing, and modifying Synthesis wall panels.
- Kit consists of the recommended tooling to cut and machine Synthesis panels. Core bits are included in the most-commonly used sizes.
- Contents include the following:
- one 5” porcelain cutting blade
- one 3/8” diameter core bit
- one 1-1/4” diameter core bit
- one 3-1/2” diameter core bit
- one small finger bit
- one 4” backer pad
- one 4” dry diamond polishing pad
- All tooling for use with an electric angle grinder with a 5/8”-11 arbor. Variable speed and minimum 13 amps recommended.
- Additional tooling may be required on an as-needed basis for more custom installations.
- Can be used for multiple Synthesis installations
- Angle grinder not included.
